Impraise is really making it easier for me as People Operations Manager to engage our staff in what used to be tedious performance reviews. It's a great platform, easy to implement and to use! Pros: super user friendly and engaging platform Cons: most of the issues have now been fixed or are added to the road map, so all good really.
