@nbashaw So the surveys really vary by product and audience. We've tried surveys with up to 100 qs -- and people answered! -- but the average one has 5-8 questions. I think its really dependent on the context.

super good question @rrhoover -- I've gone back and forth about this, but i think the answer is yes. That said, the majority of the Openbeta community are betaworks supporters, so I don't want to cheapen that relationship.
