We have been using this for a few weeks pre launch and it’s been helpful for the team to have an additional technical opinion on new candidates. We were able compare interviews in a way we haven’t been able to in the past and you get a benchmark which is helpful during the post interview decision making.

What needs improvement
Even more detailed reporting. Once we process enough candidates more benchmarks and specific insights based on code type.
vs Alternatives
The tests were more up to date and the output we found usable. There can be a lot of tools which provide vanity metrics.
