I used a pre-pre-pre-release version of the Oncall Scheduler at Microsoft. It was amazing how it streamlined oncall scheduling, while making oncall engineers feel empowered to fulfil their oncall duties without disrupting their family commitments. Not having to manually figure out who was going to be oncall over Christmas and New Year's is fantastic.
