Cleanlist AI - Run Playbooks - Find, Enrich, Clean & Sync Leads Instantly

Cleanlist AI is a playbooks-first GTM execution layer. Unlike data tools or complex builders (Clay-style), Cleanlist gives teams a library of executable outbound/inbound playbooks they can run in minutes. Each playbook bundles targeting rules, multi-provider waterfall enrichment, data cleaning/standardization, deliverability-safe guardrails, and one-click activation into CRM and sales engagement tools. The result: repeatable motions without months of GTM ops or workflow maintenance.

Intro to Myself & Cleanlist AI

Hi product hunt community!
My name is Lev - I build GTM systems that help revenue teams move faster, waste less time, and turn messy funnels into predictable revenue.
I started on the frontlines in outbound - cold calling, emailing, and prospecting into mid-market and enterprise accounts. From there I built and scaled my own lead gen agency, growing a team of 25+ BDRs. That forced me to get serious about list quality, repeatable playbooks, and the infrastructure behind booking meetings at scale: who we target, how we route, what we say, and how we track it.
After that, I moved into growth roles and experimentation across companies like Litmus, Keep, and Float. I wasn t just running campaigns - I was testing new channels, building and iterating on outbound motions, and eventually owning all of GTM engineering: tooling, workflows, enrichment, routing, scoring, and reporting across the stack. That meant living inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, n8n, Smartlead, Insantly, Trigify, Common Room, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a rotating cast of data providers and internal scripts.
Everywhere I went, the same problems showed up:
Single-source data that was either incomplete, stale, or too expensive to scale
Over-engineered Clay/automation builds that only one person understood
BDRs burning hours every week just trying to get a clean, usable list before they could actually sell
Cleanlist AI is my answer to that.
I founded Cleanlist to give GTM teams Clay-level power without the complexity or dependency on a GTM engineer. Cleanlist connects to your existing tools and data providers, runs a multi-step enrichment and cleaning waterfall in the background, and lets teams build, enrich, and clean lists in minutes instead of hours. On top of that, we layer GTM playbooks so teams can go from ICP clean data live sequences without duct-taping spreadsheets, APIs, and scripts together.
My edge is combining systems thinking with hands-on execution. I ve been the BDR grinding out cold calls, the agency owner managing 25 reps, and the growth lead wiring up the GTM stack. That mix lets me design systems that actually work in the real world - faster, cleaner, and with less friction for the people who rely on them every day.
If you re building or fixing a GTM engine and want to jam on outbound, growth, or enrichment strategy - or you re curious how Cleanlist can plug into your stack - I m always happy to connect
