@levelsio To reach restaurants, why not use cold email? AFAIK, cold emailing businesses is legal in most countries. And the addresses exist 1) in many business databases and 2) on websites and Facebook pages of restaurants. If I had to market to restaurants, I'd start with one country. Collect, say, 100 email addresses for my trial. Email them. Track who clicks through, and who creates a menu....
