The lack of return option for unopened packages even if the packaged has not been delivered. For some reason I could not even cancel the subscription from their page and they told me I could not return the items even if I didn't open them. That is enough for me tell everyone I know to stay clear. Bad business. Just get a water bottle and add some drops of flavoring. Much cheaper and same taste....
