Currently we are working on scoping MVP and I would like to share project roadmap. MVP - Customer service agent integrated with SHopify, that can learn from your docs and manage orders. Any advice on LinkedIn surveying?

I'm researching market for b2b tool for remote multicultural teams and thinking about cold DM team leads and other managers on LinkedIn to check what pain points they have and get initial idea validation Did anyone try that? Any advice how to do it correctly?
