Should I kill my startup before its too late?

Hi everyone.

I m a developer who decided I d had enough of working for others; ten months ago, I started building a new travel planner. Users can select a city or a specific attraction and view pre-made itineraries associated with it. Each itinerary includes comprehensive trip details: estimated costs for accommodation, food, transport, and attractions, along with a detailed day-by-day plan. All that s left to do is buy your tickets and go. All of this functionality is already live. In the full version, users will also be able to create or customize trips to suit their personal preferences. The primary revenue stream is expected to come from affiliate partnerships with Booking and similar platforms. Future plans include a subscription option that removes ads and allows users to view the total trip cost including round-trip airfare at a glance. I am also placing a strong emphasis on domestic tourism, as the application is quite flexible in this regard.

Early users are happy with the product, and everyone agrees that the concept is excellent. However, here is the problem: how do I actually find those users? I initially pinned my hopes on SEO; currently, I have 5,000 pages indexed by Google, but I m only seeing 20 daily users. Once I ve fully covered my first target country, at this current pace, I expect to reach about 100 daily users. To become profitable, the project requires at least 3,000 daily users. But where do I find them? I hadn't anticipated that Google would be so restrictive toward new websites. Here are the ideas I ve come up with: build a mobile app; actively promote the project as a useful tool across social media channels; or simply wait and hope that Google eventually boosts my site's search rankings over time.
