It was okay at first and it taste good but after a while it stopped putting out the flavor so I took the top off and still had juice to make the water flavored but it stopped coming out but I decided to just drink Kool-Aid and stop wasting money on something is making me sick and don't work I love to drink water I bought it because sometimes I get tired of water and I want something different
