I was an avid user of Refresh, prior to their recent acquisition (2 weeks ago or so, seems like forever!) . And I've been using Charlie on desktop for several months. Charlie does several things better, in my opinion, like: Early Morning and Pre-meeting reminders (very handy), and their 'suggested topics of conversation' are quite great.
