A big shoutout to Andraz, Katalist, and the team. The Katalist system is robust, highly creative, and easy to navigate. Online and in-system help is excellent, timely, and nothing is too much trouble. I made a yearly payment and soon after the design brief changed, meaning my need for Katalist had become redundant. I contacted Andraz and, importantly, I was honest about why I needed a refund, amended for time and services used. It could have gone pear-shaped right there but, to his high credit, it didn’t. It’s not always just about a good product. Sometimes, it’s about how a business acts when things change or go wrong. Andraz and the team were great to deal with. They understood my situation and were very quick to resolve it. Based on my direct experience I’d say you can feel comfortable they’re worth trusting. This is a completely unprompted and genuine review. We need to support the up-and-coming businesses that really get it right.
