This site wraps a MapLibre-powered atlas for the original Subnautica and a separate build for Subnautica: Below Zero: biome polygons, region labels, resource and POI pins, opacity sliders for the base raster and cave sheet, and the usual pan–zoom gestures you expect from a desktop-grade map.
