This company is a scam. When you sign up for a free trial, you unwittingly sign up for a yearly renewal. When your free trial is expiring, they offer you three free days, which you accept. Then they deny that you accepted the extension and charge you for a full year. Here is their response to me.

You signed up for a professional membership (annual plan)with a free trial on Jun 20. After reviewing your account, we weren't able to find any record of a request or activation for the extra 3-day extension.
It appears that your original 14-day free trial started on Jun 20, and as there was no extension applied, a payment attempt was automatically made on July 4, after the trial period ended.
