The whole process went smooth, I made a very detailed briefing with some examples and inspiration. When I got the design I could really notice that they payed attention to the briefing.
There was only one small bug, for some reason I wasn't able to enter the briefing via the website form. But within 15 minutes they already reached out via Whatsapp to help me and I was able to send the briefing via email.
Overall very happy with the design.
