Besides the physical effects, exercice (even walking) is the best way to foster your "passive" creativity - that's when I find the best ideas and take the most macro approach to my business

As someone who's launched too late on many occasions, we prefer launching argil.ai with an imperfect product (being tester beforehand by a sample of 100 beta testers)

The MOST important thing is to set the tempo. Heard someone saying "your main investor target should never hear about you from you". You need to creata huge FOMO by going for a quick closing with a lot of confidence.

What's the best time of the year to launch on PH?
We've been wondering about that, as there are many "counter intuitive" rules. For example, fundraising right before christmas seems like a stupid idea but that may in fact be where there's the least competition and the most amount of attention from VCs that see their email dry up.
Launching right before the summer on PH seems stupid but maybe that's when people have the most time on their hands?
