
Streaming tech can be tricky, especially with RTMP endpoints, firewalls, or audio sync issues. I’ve reached out to OneStream Live’s tech support multiple times, and each interaction was efficient and helpful. These aren’t generic replies — the agents actually understand logs, encoding settings, CDN behavior, etc. Hats off to the support team for being true tech partners, not just script readers.
