Notion
I use it for at least 5 years and since than theres been a lot of changes. But it’s been a while that the app gets stuck a lot, the AI just doesnt work sometimes because the app crashes. Sometimes it does work but it doesnt do what I’ve asked in the prompt which is so annoying that I put “FOLLOW THE EXACTLY WHATS IN THE PROMPT!!!!!! DO NOT CREATE SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!!!” In the prompts I saved because I used the most, it’s been working better since then, but still, I shouldn’t have to do this to make it work. I really wanted to change but all my life is there and honestly I really like Notion, it has everything I need, I just wish it wouldnt be so slow sometimes. And this happens with the app and web version, I deleted a lot of things so maybe it could get better, didnt worked.

Monica
I love Monica! It has soooo many resources, it’s incredible! I used to have the paid subscription but it only gave me 200 prompts to use with the best models, which is the mainly reason someone will pay for it, but 200 prompts per month its very restrictive. I use this in one week easily. To get more prompts you have to pay for a more expensive plan that is 3 times more than the cheaper one, and still you have a limit of prompts. To get unlimited is very expensive, so after a couple of months I just saw it was better to use in the free mode. Thats the only thing bad I have to say about it, these restrictions aren’t good, there are very few options of plans for you to choose. And to get unlimited its impossible. I started to pay for chatgpt and have unlimited promots and sometimes I use monica in the free mode.

GitMind
I’ve only been using GitMind for a short time, but so far, it’s been making a real difference in how I organize my study notes. It helps turn scattered thoughts into structured, easy-to-follow mind maps, which makes reviewing complex topics much easier. One thing I really like is how quickly I can develop project ideas. Sometimes I just have a vague concept in mind, and with GitMind, I can break it down into actionable steps in no time. The AI-generated suggestions have also been a pleasant surprise, it even brings up angles I hadn’t considered. For students, researchers, or anyone dealing with information overload, this seems like a great tool. Plus, the free version offers a lot, which is always a bonus!
