Kyle McAuley’s path to success has been anything but conventional, shaped by his varied experiences and adaptability. After earning a degree in theater from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, he moved to Los Angeles in 2012 to pursue his passion for acting and music. His creative journey led him to produce, direct, and host several digital projects, including short films and original content. However, his focus gradually shifted from entertainment to real estate, where he found a new passion and began to build his career. In 2015, Kyle purchased a condo in Northridge, California, which he turned into a long-term rental property. This was the beginning of his real estate investment journey.
