Aaron's work is sharp. For me, the killer use case here is getting your team to actually see the customer. It takes a lot of effort and discipline to sync up customer conversations with your product management (bug fixing, feature prioritization, etc). This enforces those best practices. Love this, I've been to events hosted by @charlierward and he's a master community builder. Having a club like this to capstone your week and multiply your efforts is key to getting your ideas off the ground
