Thanks Gerald for hunting this! Write is essentially a free web-based version of Flowstate that I built for myself. For those not familiar with how Flowstate works, if you stop typing - within a fixed duration session you choose - for more than a few seconds, all your writing is erased. My friends and I have been using this for fun, and we had a couple of suggestions that we personally could use: 1) some sort of notepad in the app to use when recording do you can write your verse down and not have to have it open on another device or on paper when rapping 2) previewing beats and listening to what someone sent somehow circumvents headphones and only uses the speakers Otherwise,...

I'd definitely try this out if it applied to internships.

Used this fairly recently in the development of a map powered by a *lot* of location data– in general it was really awesome to be able to generate thousands of datapoints from a specific schematic structure, it would have been harder to test the map realistically without it.

I really liked the video! I didn't realize that even with hearing aids, deaf people still had a hard time understanding conversations, so this is a pretty innovative solution.

This is awesome! I think it would be really useful if this was ported to node-webkit or atom-shell so that it could be accessible as a desktop app as well.

These guys (@stestefanfan, @therealbrohith, @justicetsuh, and Shreyas Raman) built this in 36 hours at MHacks. They also recently turned down VC money in favor of bootstrapping/staying open source. Kudos guys!

I think it would also be interesting to bring in @aprilzero in on this conversation, considering that he's building http://gyrosco.pe . What are your thoughts on this Anand?
