I have been into stoicism and self-improvement for several years and I built Reframe You (available at reframeyou.app) because I wanted a practical tool to actually use stoic principles when emotions run high, not just read about them. I've been using it on my own daily stresses lately, in work frustrations, arguments with my partner, or beating myself up over tiny mistakes.
