I'm a Hospice Director of Nursing and Clinical Manager with 12+ years of clinical leadership across hospice, home health, hospital, and clinic settings — and the designer and builder of Clinician AI Assist (www.thepromoter.com), a live clinical decision-support system. My work is accountability: eligibility review, plan-of-care alignment, medication oversight, ADR responses, and survey readiness. I read too many charts where a patient's decline was visible in the documentation but never assembled in time. So I built the tool I needed — ranked differentials, transparent calculations, and conditional trajectory simulations, where every consideration traces back to exact patient findings and exact clinical sources, designed to the FDA non-device CDS pathway.
