I'd love to hear about your experience collecting user feedback. What methods do you use? (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, user testing, etc.) How often do you gather feedback from your users? Do you use any specific tools or platforms to manage this feedback? If so, which ones? Additionally, do you prefer quantitative or qualitative feedback, and why? Your insights will be greatly appreciated!
I'm curious to hear from all of you about your experiences using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter for marketing your products. Specifically, I'd love to learn more about- What kind of content strategies are working best for you on each platform? How are you using social media to develop a positive customer experience and create a loyal community around your brand? Are you incorporating social media for customer support? If so, how has that impacted your customer interactions? Feel free to share your insights, experiences, and any tips you've picked up along the way! I'm looking forward to hearing the different approaches everyone is taking and learning from each other.
I remember getting 2-3 hours of sleep when I was involved in the previous PH launch. I will probably get more sleep this time as Jupitrr AI's team members are from different time zones. But were you awake all night or are you planning to on your launch day?
Your team’s worth every bit of support.

hey PH this week we did something fun at CommandBar that i thought other makers might find useful. we dug through the archives and resurrected the application that got us into YC a little over three years ago and did an ex-ante assessment of our application ( how good was the application given the information we had at the time") https://www.commandbar.com/blog/... for some context: i'm a yc alum (went through yc in S19) who joined CommandBar to work on Growth. i've seen hundreds of yc apps (and helped improve some of them), so happy to answer any general questions you might have. I'll also get James to jump in if you've got any specific Qs related to CommandBar's application!
