Hey! 👋 I'm Egor Kosmachev, a product design leader with a background in visual, brand, communication, and product design. I've worked across fintech, investment platforms, website builders, and social products, combining hands-on design experience with a strategic approach to product development. At Bank 131, I lead product design. Previously, at Xsolla, I grew from an individual contributor into a design leader, helping scale the design organization and build the teams, capabilities, and processes needed to deliver better products and business outcomes.
