I like the way it works but there appears to be a maximum length, so it doesn't work with most of my videos

It's not clear to me how is decided what I'll get to see. Preferably I'd like to enter my preferences before being charged money, so I have an idea of what to expect from the app. It sounds very abstract to me now.

Why do you require signup to view the free data? I really don't want to set up a SurveyMonkey around before I even know what I'm gonna see. (In my opinion a company that has a nice balance between free/open products and premium products is Moz.com)

Looking good. The whole 'try it for free' puts me off a little, because it's not clear when and how much I will need to pay..? So this makes me not try it.

@wolkomir: Is it correct that there are no video controls? I'd want to pause, go back a little, etc
