I build small free tools that read the documents nobody reads: contracts, invoices, pricing pages, AI answers. The thread through all of them is the same — the sentence that costs you money is almost never the one you were looking at. An auto-renewal notice window that closes before the renewal date is visible. A performance figure measured on a version that no longer ships. A charge that isn't in the order form you signed. Every tool gives you the whole answer for free and quotes the source, so you can check it rather than trust me. Nothing is gated behind an email address.

I read 20 SaaS terms pages. 12 of 16 have non-refundable fees.

I've been building a tool that pulls the expensive clauses out of software contracts, and to test it I pointed it at the public terms pages of 20 widely-used products Stripe, Slack, Atlassian, Datadog, Zapier, Figma and others.

16 were readable. 4 weren't (three 404s and a 403), and I've excluded those from every number rather than counting them as clean.
