I am leading the growth team of 19pine. 19Pine is an application to help users make phone calls to business to solve real life problems such as waive a fee, reserve a table, book an appointment, or negotiate a bill etc. All those problems are real pains at least in my life and I hate calling business and especially waiting on hold.
