Waited for this for years - I want to give people at work access to my work calendar, but I don't want them seeing things like "Dentist Appointment" or "Kid's Graduation". This allows me to keep two calendars (personal and work) and anything I add to either calendar gets blocked out on the other but just as "Personal Calendar Event" (or whatever you want to call it) or "Work Calendar Event"....
