We had an issue with our hotel stay and even though the hotel approved a refund for our stay and sent hopper proof of the approval after a month hopper still refuses to refund us, 5 long phone calls later I gave up when they said the hotel refused the refund even though they have proof of the approval from both the front desk manager and GM! Liars! They just kept sending me around in circles coming up with more and more people who needs tit check to approve the refund. I had enough, called my bank and disputed the charge
