Nice looking. How does "share it everywhere, including within a Notion Page" work for _within_ Notion? If I put it in an Embed Block, after one use it shows the "Amazing, we saved your answer" and then is not useable again afaict. If we add Options to a Multi-Select Property, do we need to "refresh" the form? How can this be done? Thx.
