
If I could give negative stars I would.
I was charged 7 days early for theie subscription. I had intended on canceling (which is when I found out the charge had already been processed). I contacted the company immediately, and was told that they would put in my issue and get a refund processed.
I then received an email denying my request saying my account was older than 7 days and no refund would be issued. I contacted the customer service again, explained again and was told that they would escalate my request as it was obviously a mistake.
Nope, no response from the company.
Called a third time, spoke to another representative and was told the same thing.
I then emailed them along with screenshots of my bank invoices and proof of cancellation. No response.
I’ll be contacting my bank to report/block any further charges from them and see if they can refund the fee and pursue action against the company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
