Imagine an AI agent handling customer refunds.

It checks the order.
It calls the payment system.
It decides the refund amount.
It executes the refund.

Everything looks fine.

This week I rewrote our feature descriptions. Again. Third version.

What I didn't do was write to the eight people who said "ping me when it's ready" three weeks ago.

And I guess that editing copy gives me a finished thing at the end of the day. Sending those eight emails gives me eight chances to be ignored, and no way to tell if I did it well or badly.

Building always feels like progress. Selling only feels like progress in hindsight. So I hope it's not laziness.
What was yours this week? 

Building completely in isolation feels like a trap. As a solo builder, I want to spend my early stages connecting with people who are on the same path, rather than just silently working behind closed doors.
