I’m curious what made you decide to pivot from the app's original purpose? The value proposition seemed to be strong, based on the reviews. I personally thought it was really clever and enjoyed it. But again, only based on reviews, people seemed frustrated with the execution and reliability of the app? So I’m just curious why the pivot since it didn’t seem like a value proposition issue?...

Used servicebot briefly. The founder was super helpful with getting everything set up! He had a great attitude and great customer service! I would recommend their product just based off that!
