We use Forest at my company - curious how Internal compares. Especially interested in whether apps built with Internal can talk to a local development environment

Congrats on launching! Plans to account for substitutions? A recipe might call for chard, but any hearty green would work.. same with proteins etc Feedback: when I’ve picked what’s in my kitchen (this is quick which is great) I’m finding its a bit cumbersome to scroll through dozens of recipes that take up nearly the full screen each. This will be exacerbated as the recipe collection grows....

Would have loved to have had this instead of building this myself at my last job :) 5MM events seems like a pretty generous free tier.. looking forward to using this for future projects!

Looks really interesting. As someone who built a few things using Parse, I'm curious about how your approach will be similar / different. Thoughts on a migration path?

Really interesting. Much like todo lists I've seen a number of these types of apps get some initial traction within companies and then peter out. Thoughts on how you might keep people engaging with Polly?

Really glad to see this existing in the world. A long time ago I worked on the Access team at Microsoft and was pushing for some things that look a lot like what you guys are doing with third party services. Enabling normal people to build software has been a bit of a third rail, but one that I hope people will keep stepping on. Wishing you guys all the best!

The docs look great. Looks like it would be super easy to get started. Do you plan to add other types of events in the future (acquisitions, IPOs, going bankrupt etc) ? I didn't see a terms of use or pricing on there. A while back I was looking into building an app where people could (fake) bet on the future of startups (http://startupbookie.com). Would you allow someone to build this kind of...

Interesting - looking forward to trying it out :) I'm fortunate to have a gas stove, but curious how this would perform on electric stoves where there is quite a long lead time between turning the knob and the pan heating up..

Awesome - will definitely use this. Would love to have other non-phone options like 'set up dinner with __' The video could have been about 40 seconds and still got the idea across - not necessary to show the entire surface area of the app :-). Once you guys get some funding I'm sure you could do a really heartwarming video showing families and friends staying in touch.

Interesting to see Heroku take on additional challenges for developers as some of their original offering is being commoditized - curious what else they have lined up next
