I've been using Harold for a few months and am loving the daily reminders at 8PM. Nothing gets me off my butt quicker to do my daily pushups than the text reminder from Harold. I love the focus on being mindful while eating with your family. I was raised on a steady diet of "be home for dinner and be ready to talk about your day."
