With over 20 years of experience in UX, UI, and problem-solving, I've co-founded four ventures, including a web development agency and Twenty20 (acquired by Envato). At Lightbulb Moment, Labs, I developed HubSpot's top CMS Theme, Clean Pro, and am now focused on AWSME AI. My work spans creating marketplaces, social networks, and learning systems, always with a customer-centric approach. I'm dedicated to using user research, rapid prototyping, and iterative design to create products that make a difference.
