If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a bundle and installed the cartridge and I couldn’t get any water through the spout. I looked up and found out a few people had the same problems. I contacted customer support and they refused to help me until I sent proof of purchase to them. I emailed them back and told them it was a CHRISTmas gift. The still insisted I give proof of purchase. Just to answer a question, I didn’t ask for a refund or a new bottle. Just asking a question you have to have proof of purchase. So when I told them I was going to leave them negative feedback they all of a sudden asked if they could assist me. I threw the bottle away and will never give them a dime of my money.
