It’s my first year with them and it’s been a good experience overall. The chat feature has been very useful for me to understand the system or ask questions. They’ve been supporting in my needs and haven’t had any issue with reimbursement. The dashboard is easy to use. Placing claims has also been smooth. Only problem I had was that I couldn’t get through with anyone on the emergency line during an emergency I had with my child and had to take him to ER anyways without a reply. I left an email explaining the situation before going to ER and they were understanding and did reimburse the expenses that one time because it was an emergency even though it went over the limit they place. I’m still navigating the preapproval feature.
