
Great product but where you fail miserably is that you don't allow someone to pause, stop, or cancel via the app. You have to submit a request that then goes to a support rep, which could take 24-48 hours for a response. Quite gatekeeping. I canceled my account for that reason. I don't do business with these types of companies. Surveys work. Gatekeeping doesn't.
