ChangeNOW.io can do fiat conversions but I don't know about payments to you thereafter. We use their backend for our pure anonymous crypto-to-crypto exchange so they are reliable. I personally use spritz.finance for making payments with crypto. Your clients just need to connect a non-custodial wallet and they can make a payment to you directly from their wallet without using the spritz credit...

To be honest we're not expecting much feedback from the user community since the whole point is to remain anonymous/sovereign.
