They advertise a dozen different types of design services. I've had amazing results from their illustration and also "touching" up existing assets where I don't know how to use Illustrator. I've had less success with requesting things that were difficult to explain. Multiple iterations would not change what I was getting. This is likely a combo of communication + cultural differences.
