3 Step Reset - Reset body & mind to start your day on a meaningful path.

After exploring buddhist Buddhism & Stoic philosophy over the past 3 years I naturally started mashing the core ideas together into my own morning routine. At lunch one day with close friends, I explained the routine and noticed it struck a chord and saw their faces light up. Fun to make and helps me feel good. Hopefully it can do the same for you.
