Henry seems to be a real friend who can support you to stay motivated while starting a new habit. But I am still not sure if there is any guidance for those willing to kick a negative habit. Does Henry focus only on developing good habits only and not helping to get rid of the bad ones?

My boyfriend always focuses on weightlifting practices during his workouts. This app would be very helpful for him and anyone else who can't afford a coach, but wants to track the progress!

If only you knew how many times I have missed my email notifications from work and the university simply because of failing to recognize the Gmail new icons. Finally, I have the chance to restore its previous design and never miss out on anything. Definitely recommended!
