Looks useful, I see a lot of "can someone help me practice" type of questions in various online product groups I'm part of. If the product is truly free, I'm curious how you're covering operational costs?

As someone who's dealt with lower back issues for 20 years (fractured vertebrae + 2 herniated discs which led to a fairly major surgery to repair the fracture), I get frustrated by products that generically talk about "back pain" as if there's only 1 cause and 1 solution that works for that cause. The reality is that there are many causes of back issues, each needing a different type of...

Love the idea of the easy assembly, but not the idea of the USB ports. https://mic.com/articles/31199/sleeping-with-your-phone-is-bad-for-your-health-obviously

This is seriously my new favorite thing. I've used it a dozen times today as we're testing a pretty massive rework of some stuff on our site- love the simplicity of being able to do 1 simple task really quickly and easily.

This looks awesome. But personally, when running user tests, I find that one of the most time consuming pieces is actually recruiting users to participate (especially for an early-stage startup that doesn't have a user base to recruit from). Usertesting.com is one of the only ones who truly solves this problem (by bringing pretty high-quality testers to the table). I don't like usertesting.com...

This looks like exactly what I was looking for. I do wish you guys had an even lower priced entry-level plan, though (with extra limitations, such as a very limited # of tutorials). For a super early- stage startup, even $59/mo is a lot.
