What's great
This simplified my work in a lot of ways. I can share files with our vendors and partners without giving them unnecessary access and emails. I never miss my deadlines to deliver the business-critical files. In short, this platform has become mine and my organisation's lifeline. I like their preview files feature the most.
What needs improvement
The platform is architecturally strong, but some advanced features require initial guidance. A more guided, self-serve onboarding for complex workflows would help new users ramp up faster.
