They quoted me $549 for an MBA tax deduction then took over a year to complete the taxes, then charged me $799 and mach a bunch of mistakes. This is a complete scam. Pros: None Cons: Quote one price then charge another, make a lot of mistakes, not responsive, take many months to complete taxes, rude staff
