Fathom is a total game changer for my workflow! I love being able to meet with my clients in the virtual setting, but ALL. THE. NOTES. after our zoom calls was getting overwhelming. I started using Fathom about 3 months ago, mainly just to be a backup so if I needed to recall how a convo went, or deliverables/timeline, I could go back and replay those sections. Figuring out how to use the features real time (feedback, etc) was a little challenging for me, so I just used it as a backup. >>> NOW - with the intro of the AI Summary?!?!? Ok, this has just saved me 2 hours TODAY alone - by not having to go back to put notes in from my calls yesterday! I just selected AI summary and VOILA! My the call was summarized in a format that was easily added to my main client call notes document. THANK YOU FATHOM!!
