20+ years in technology and e-commerce. My latest adventure? Turning a surf shop hobby into a B2B SaaS startup. While building an online surf & skate store, I discovered a problem I couldn’t ignore: independent retailers struggle to expand their online catalogues, while their suppliers have thousands of products they’d love to sell. That’s how Katavio was born. I’m now building a platform to bridge that gap, learning a tremendous amount along the way, especially about the opportunities (and headaches!) of building software with AI.
