
I regret to say that my experience with resume.io online service has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. My initial encounter with Resume.io service was marred by the fact that I was charged a subscription fee for the first month without clear notification or consent. This was an unpleasant surprise, as I had only intended to use the service to create my resume.
When I reached out to your customer support team to request a refund, I was informed that it was not possible due to company policies. Instead, I was offered the option to pause my account, which I accepted, thinking it would resolve the issue.
Several months later, my account was automatically reactivated without my consent or intervention. Naturally, I contacted your customer support team once again, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, I received the same response – a refusal to issue a refund based on company policies.
To make matters worse, I was informed that pausing my account was a one-time option, and I was no longer eligible for this as well. Frustrated and disheartened, I humbly requested a partial refund, considering the circumstances, but my plea was met with indifference.
In total, I have been charged a substantial amount of ₹5000 for a service that I not only found inadequate but also experienced numerous issues with. This has left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed in Resume.io company's policies and customer service.
